In this four-week cooking course, Gabriela invites you into the heart of Slovak home cooking. Together, you’ll prepare classic recipes that have been cooked, shared, and cherished for centuries. These are dishes born of patience and care, meals that simmer slowly, fill the kitchen with familiar aromas, and taste like home.
