With more than 20 years of experience in higher education administration and project management, Chandra has worked with universities and organizations in Seattle and remotely, supporting complex programs and guiding people through institutional processes. Chandra holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Colorado State University and has been based in Europe since 2025.

Today, she provides expert guidance to individuals navigating the Slovak Living Abroad certificate process, helping them understand requirements, prepare documentation, and move confidently from start to completion.
