Our Story
Global Slovakia was created from a simple but powerful idea: Slovakia has stories worth sharing, and people around the world are looking for ways to reconnect with them. Founded to celebrate Slovakia and strengthen ties with Slovaks and descendants abroad, the organization has always focused on building bridges between heritage, identity, and opportunity.

As our community grew, so did the need for more direct, interactive, and supportive ways to engage. People were not only looking for information—they wanted conversation, guidance, and real-time access to experts who understand both Slovakia and the journeys that bring people back to it.

That is how LIVE PROGRAMS emerged: as a natural extension of Global Slovakia’s mission to share Slovakia with the world. What began as a desire to educate and reconnect has grown into a dynamic space for live learning, cultural discovery, and practical support. Today, LIVE PROGRAMS helps participants move from curiosity to confidence -whether they are discovering their heritage, preparing for a new chapter in Europe, or simply seeking a deeper relationship with Slovakia.
